President Bills called the Regular Board Meeting of the Woodrow-Osceola Water Supply Corporation to order at 6:30P.M., September 09, 2014. All Directors were present with the exception of John Milburn. Also, Manager Malcolm Tucker was present.

Item 2: Approve Minutes

Johnnie Bankston read the minutes from the August 12, 2014 Regular Board Meeting. Linda Hasselstrom made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Charles Jones seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Item 3: Directors Source and Application of Funds

Malcolm Tucker presented the Source and Application of Funds. Charles Jones made a motion to accept the Source and Application of Funds as presented. Linda Hasselstrom seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Item 4: Membership Changes

Linda Hasselstrom made a motion to accept 3 New Membership, No Transfers, No Sellbacks and No Revokes. Ray Mershawn seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Item 5: Corporation Credit/Debit Card

Malcolm Tucker stated the card, would only be used for schooling and ordering for the office and it will be kept in the safe at all times. Tim Rochelle made a motion the Corporation obtain a Debit card used as a credit not a debit, tied to a specific bank account with a maximum amount of $1500.00 and a daily maximum limit of $1,000.00. Also, the card will be re-evaluated in 6 months. Linda Hasselstrom seconded. Vote was 6 for and Johnnie Bankston was a no and the vote carried.

Item 7: Directors and Manager Comments

Jane Morgan stated, the water loss was still high. Malcolm said, they were still working on the problem and it still appears it is a Scada problem. Johnnie Bankston asked Malcolm, why we can not get our security cameras working to the capacity they are capable. Malcolm stated, Wallace Electric was in the process of working on the cameras, so the well sites can be viewed and should be completed in 4 to 6 weeks. She continued by saying, it was important that we get the cameras working to their full capabilities because the world is unsafe these days. Also, Johnnie asked about the Inter-net America Contract. Malcolm said, we had 3 years left on a 4 year contract. Johnnie asked, who signed the contract. Malcolm said, a director and it was somewhere in the office. She said, she would like to see the contract. The President asked, Malcolm to have the contract at the next meeting, so we could view the document. President Bills asked, how we were coming along on the generator for the Blanton well, because he would really like to get it up and going. Malcolm said, Patrick had been busy at Osceola, but they finished up this week.

Jane Morgan made a motion to adjourn at 7:45 P.M. Ray Mershawn seconded. Vote was unanimous.
