President Thomas Bills called the Regular Board Meeting of the Woodrow-Osceola Water Supply Corporation to order at 6:30 P.M., September 10, 2013. All Directors were present with the exception of John Milburn and Jane Morgan. Also, Manager Malcolm Tucker was present.
Item 2: Approve Minutes
Johnnie Bankston read the minutes from the August 13, 2013 Regular Board Meeting. Sandra Chilcutt made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Ray Mershawn seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Item 3: Directors Source and Application of Funds
Malcolm Tucker presented the Source and Application of Funds. Sandra Chilcutt made a motion to accept the Source and Application of Funds as presented. Charles Jones seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Item 4: Membership Changes
Charles Jones made a motion to accept 4-New Memberships, 2-Transfers, 1-Sellback and No Revokes. Linda Hasselstrom seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Item 6: Directors and Manager Comments
Johnnie Bankston asked Malcolm, if he had contacted Ben Shanklin about the Capitol Buy In Fee, because we have had numerous new members and we are losing money. He said, he would contact him again. Also, she stated we needed to contact Inter-Net America on a rental agreement for their antenna on the Elevated Storage at Well #6. Malcolm stated, he would talk with them. She asked, if we had gotten a quote on the insurance for the elevated storage at Well #6. Malcolm said, they had come, but had gotten nothing yet. Tom Bills said, in November a proposal to take 2 billion dollars from the rainy day fund and place into a water fund to be used by rural areas will be voted on. He suggested we urge people to consider the proposal.
