Malcolm brought the Board up to date on the problems with the Osceola Well. The Board asked Malcolm to turn a claim in on the well and let them go after the power company because it was an accident. Also, Malcolm stated he was still working on the water loss. He stated, he had gotten a new updated program from RVS and as soon as the meters are read for the month, he will run the program and hopefully it takes care of the problem. Johnnie Bankston stated, the contract for the antenna placed on Well 6 by PC Doctors showed she had signed the photo copied document. She stated, she would never have signed a 5 year contract without first bringing it before the Board and felt something was not right. President Bills asked to have the original copy produced.
