President Charles Jones Called the Regular Board Meeting to Order at 6:00 PM Tuesday, October 12, 2021. All Directors Were Present Except Dottie Sulak. Manager Rodney Votaw and Teena Worbington Were Also Present.
Item: 2 Approve Minutes
Keith Bills Read the Minutes from the September 14, 2021. Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Accept the Minutes as Read. Vince Elder Seconded. Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 3: Directors Source and Application of Funds
Teena Worbington Presented the Source and Application of Funds for August 2021. The Correction of Decimal Point Error was Noted and Corrected in Savings Account. $171,133,651.00 was Corrected to $1,711,336.51. Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Accept the Source And Application Of Funds As Presented. Pam Fletcher Seconded.
Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 4: Membership Changes
Linda Hasselstrom Made A Motion To Accept New Membership-2, Transfers-4, Sellbacks-0 And Revokes-0. Pam Fletcher Seconded. Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 5: Blue Cross Blue Shield New Rates
Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion and Pam Fletcher Seconded to Accept the New Insurance Rates

Vince Elder asked the Status of Well #4 Repair of Pump and Motor. Rodney Votaw Mentioned the Need for Opens Meeting Act Certification for all Board Members.
