Item 1: Call Meeting to Order
President Charles Jones Called the Regular Board Meeting to Order at 6:00 PM November 9, 2021. All Directors Were Present. Manager Rodney Votaw and Teena Worbington Were Also Present.
Item: 2 Approve Minutes
Keith Bills Read the Minutes from the October 12, 2021. John Milburn Made a Motion to Accept the Minutes as Read. Linda Hasselstrom Seconded. Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 3: Directors Source and Application of Funds
Teena Worbington Presented the Source and Application of Funds for August 2021. Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Accept the Source And Application Of Funds As Presented. Dottie Sulak Seconded.
Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 4: Membership Changes
Keith Bills Made A Motion To Accept New Membership-5, Transfers-9, Sellbacks-0 And Revokes-0. Pam Fletcher Seconded. Vote was 6 For and One Abstain
Item 5: Sold Kubota
Rodney Presented that Our Used Kubota has been Sold for $4,000. Hasselstrom Made a Motion and Vince Elder Seconded. Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 6: Replaced Well #4
Rodney Presented that the Pump in #4 Well has been Repaired and was Pumping Good.

Item 8: Directors and Managers Comments
Rodney Stated that Water Levels in the Aquifer were recharging and nicely and that we had a need to an Adjustment to Membership Fees and will Present in December. Keith Bills asked about the Readiness during a possible Next Freeze, and Rodney Stated We were as Prepared as Possible. Vince Elder Asked about the Need for Additional Generators and Rodney Stated We Could use Four More. Teena Mentioned that Blum Post Office had Lost ALL Paper Copies of Water Bills
