President Richard Greenhill called the Special Board Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. All Directors were present, with the exception of Tim Rochelle, John Milburn and Linda Hasselstrom. Employee Malcolm Tucker was also present.
Trey Buzbee, Brazos G Project Manager, spoke with the Board on the history and plans for the Brazos G Regional Water Planning Area. Also, he handed out applications for (2) voting member vacancies that will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 10, 2008 and the meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
