President Bills called the Regular Board Meeting of the Woodrow-Osceola Water Supply Corporation to order at 6:30 p.m., July 14, 2015. All Directors were present with the exception of Sandra Chilcutt, Linda Hasselstrom, Charles Jones and John Milburn. Also, Manager Malcolm Tucker was present.
Item 2: Approve Minutes
Johnnie Bankston read the minutes from the June 09, 2015 Regular Board Meeting. Tim Rochelle made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Ray Mershawn seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Item 3: Directors Source and Application of Funds
Malcolm Tucker presented the Source and Application of Funds. Jane Morgan made a motion to accept the Source and Application of funds as presented. Ray Mershawn seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Item 4: Membership Changes
Ray Mershawn made a motion to accept New Memberships-5, Transfers-5, Sellbacks- None and Revokes-1 Thomas Hopkins #1472. Jane Morgan seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Item 5: Name Well 6
Tim Rochelle made a motion to name Well 6 the Richard Greenhill Well in memory of Richard for all his efforts to get the well up and going. Ray Mershawn seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Item 6: Purchase Lawn Mower
Malcolm presented the Board with 3 Bids- all Zero Turn, Diesel with commercial decks-Kubota $12,931.00, Dixie Chopper $13,302.00 and Gravely $13,300.00. Malcolm was asked, to get bids on gasoline powered mowers and the Item will be placed on the August agenda.

Item 8: Planning Meeting with Adjacent Water Suppliers
The Board discussed a letter to be sent for a meeting of general association of water suppliers in Hill County. The Board asked, Malcolm to compose the letter to be sent. Malcolm said, he would and would be in contact with Ray Mershawn for possible advice on the composition of the letter.
Item 9: Part Time Office Position
Malcolm said, he would like to hire a part time office employee for office and house-keeping duties for 24 to 30 hours a week at an hourly wage of $10.00. Jane Morgan made a motion to hire the part time office employee per discussion. Tim Rochelle seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Item 11: Directors and Manager Comments
Ray Mershawn reported a possible water leak on HCR1300. Jane Morgan said, she was still waiting for the water loss to go down. Malcolm said, TCEQ will be inspecting the Jawbone Well and Richard Greenhill Well next week and the upgrade on FM 309 is underway.
