President Charles Jones Called the Regular Board Meeting to Order at 6:00 PM January 11, 2022. All Directors Were Present Except Dottie Sulak. Manager Rodney Votaw and Teena Worbington Were Also Present.
Item: 2 Approve Minutes
Keith Bills Read the Minutes from the December 14, 2021, Regular Board Meeting. Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Accept the Minutes as Read. Pam Fletcher. Vote Was Unanimous.
Item: 3 Evelyn Pareya Audit for Y/E 2021 Approve Minutes
Postponed to Feb. 2022 Meeting
Item 4: Directors Source and Application of Funds
Teena Worbington Presented the Source and Application of Funds for December 14, 2021. Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Accept the Source and Application of Funds as Presented. Vince Elder Seconded. Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 5: Membership Changes
Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Accept New Membership-20, Transfers-0, Sellback-1 and
Revokes-2. Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Accept and Keith Bills Seconded. Vote Was Unanimous.

Rodney Stated that We had Recently Lost Two Employees and was Looking for Their Replacements.
