Item 1: Call Meeting to Order
President Charles Jones Called the Regular Board Meeting to Order at 6:00 PM February 8th, 2022.
All Directors Were Present. Manager Rodney Votaw and Teena Worbington Were Also Present.
Item: 2 Evelyn Pareya Audit for Y/E 2021
Evelyn Pareya presented the Financial Statements for the Year Ending August 2021.
Item: 3 Approve Minutes
Keith Bills Read the Minutes from the January 11th, 2022, Regular Board Meeting. Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Accept the Minutes as Read. Pam Fletcher. Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 4: Directors Source and Application of Funds
Teena Worbington Presented the Source and Application of Funds for January 11th, 2022. Discussion was had on the $15,195.25 Uncollectable Bad Debt and Actions we could take. A Possible Property Lien was discussed. Rodney was to Investigate. Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Accept the Source and Application of Funds as Presented. Vince Elder Seconded. Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 5: Membership Changes
Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Accept New Membership-15, Transfers-6, Sellback-1 and
Revokes-0. Keith Bills Seconded. Vote Was Unanimous.

Item 7: Directors and Managers Comments
Vince Asked about the Large Well Repair Bills and Possible Insurance Coverage. Rodney stated that the Repairs were not an Insurance Coverage Item.
