President Bills called the Regular Board Meeting of the Woodrow-Osceola Water Supply Corporation to order at 6:30 p.m., February 18, 2014. All Directors were present with the exception of Charles Jones, Ray Mershawn, and John Milburn. Manager, Malcolm Tucker was not in attendance, due to illness.
Item 2: Approve Minutes
Johnnie Bankston read the minutes from the January 14, 2014 Regular Board Meeting. Sandra Chilcutt made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Linda Hasselstrom seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Item 3: Directors Source and Application of Funds
President Bills presented the Source and Application of Funds. Linda Hasselstrom made a motion to accept the Source and Application of Funds as presented. Jane Morgan seconded.
Item 4: Elect Unopposed Board Members
Johnnie Bankston made a motion to elect unopposed Board of Directors candidates, Thomas Bills, Sandra Chilcutt and Charles Jones for (3) Three year terms-April 2014-2017. Linda Hasselstrom seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Item 5: Membership Changes
Sandra Chilcutt made a motion to accept No New Memberships, 5 Transfers, No Sellbacks and No Revokes. Tim Rochelle seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Item 7: Directors and Manager Comments
Sandra Chilcutt said, it was a good call to cancel the Regular Board Meeting February 11 2014, due to bad weather. Tim Rochelle said there were still no open work orders shown on the system work orders. Johnnie Bankston said, the Annual Meeting arrangements have been made, community center has been reserved, and the annual letter completed and will be mailed March 06, 2014. She commented, it was simpler not having the election. Also, she stated for Malcolm, the water loss of 39.10% was incorrect, due to the calibration on scada having problems, FM 1207 was now completed and the picture of the first Board of Directors will be framed with the names of each and hopefully the date.
