President Bills called the Regular Board Meeting of the Woodrow-Osceola Water Supply Corporation to order at 6:30 p.m., December 09, 2014. All Directors were present with the exception of Charles Jones and John Milburn. Also, Manager Malcolm Tucker was present.

Item 2: Approve Minutes

Johnnie Bankston read the minutes from the November 11, 2014 Regular Board Meeting. Ray Mershawn made a motion to accept the minutes as read, with one correction. Sandra Chilcutt seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Item 3: Directors Source and Application of Funds

Malcolm Tucker presented the Source and Application of Funds. Sandra Chilcutt made a motion to accept the Source and Application of Funds as presented. Linda Hasselstrom seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Item 4: Membership Changes

Linda Hasselstrom made a motion to accept 3-New Memberships, 3-Transfers, 1-Sellback and 1-Revoke-Constance Miller #302. Tim Rochelle seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Item 5: Public Comment

Item 6: Directors and Manager Comments

Malcolm stated, the claim on the Osceola Well was denied, due to Artificially Generated electric current. The claim letter received from Glatfelter Claims Management indicated the problem was caused by Texas New Mexico Power. Ray Mershawn suggested the Corporation contact our attorney to draft a letter and along with a copy of the denial letter send them to the Public Utilities Commission and Texas New Mexico Power. The Board said, it was a good idea. Malcolm said, he would contact our attorney and take care of the matter. Also, Malcolm said, there was a lot of pipe to get in the ground and would like to hire 2 day laborers for approximately 2 to 3 months. The Board stated, it would be placed on the January agenda. He also stated, the new website was beautiful and we should take a look. Also, he asked about Christmas hams for the employees again this year. The Board said, that would be fine. Johnnie Bankston asked, about the cameras. Malcolm said, Wallace was continuing to work on them. She said, they really need to get up and running. Tom Bills stated, he would like to have the Texas and United States flags flying at the Corporation. The Board agreed and it will be placed on the January agenda. Also, he wanted to know the status of the generator. Malcolm stated, it was coming along and a wooden building was discussed to place the generator under. Johnnie Bankston stated, we should use metal because of the durability.

Ray Mershawn made a motion to adjourn at 7:25 p.m. Jane Morgan seconded. Vote was unanimous.
