President Charles Jones Called the Regular Board Meeting to Order at 6:00 PM Tuesday, August 10, 2021. All Directors Were Present Except Dottie Sulak, Manager Rodney Votaw and Teena Worbington Were Also Present.
Item: 2 Approve Minutes
Teena Worbington Read the Minutes from the July 13, 2021 Regular Board Meeting. Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Accept the Minutes as Read. Pam Fletcher Seconded. Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 3: Directors Source and Application of Funds
Teena Worbington Presented to Source and Application of Funds for July 2021. Pam Fletcher Made a Motion to Accept the Source And Application Of Funds As Presented. Vince Elder Seconded.
Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 4: Membership Changes
Linda Hasselstrom Made A Motion To Accept New Membership-19, Transfers-5, Sellbacks-0 And Revokes-0. John Milburn Seconded. Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 5: Purchase New or Used trencher
After Discussion of and Evaluation of Provided Trencher Quotes, Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Purchase New Vermeer Trencher. John Milburn Seconded. Vote Was Unanimous.
Item 6: Sell Small Kubota, 1 Ton Truck, Trencher
After Discussion by Board Members, Linda Hasselstrom Made a Motion to Allow Rodney Votaw to Sell Current Used Existing Equipment, using His Discretion of Those Items. Vince Elder Seconded.
Vote Was Unanimous.
