The meeting was held at the Woodbury Community Center in Woodbury, Texas. Approximately 70 members were in attendance. All Directors were present with the exception of Darline Jean, John Milburn and Jane Morgan.

President, Richard Greenhill asked Secretary/Treasurer, Johnnie Bankston for a quorum. The Secretary stated, counting the proxies received by mail and the members present, we have a quorum.

The minutes from the April 7, 2007 Annual Meeting were read by Secretary/Treasurer, Johnnie Bankston. Glen Magee made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Raymond Berry seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Johnnie Bankston explained the voting procedure to the members in attendance. Richard Greenhill appointed J.T. Goldsmith and Glen Magee to the Tellers Committee to assist Chairperson, Johnnie Bankston.

Johnnie Bankston gave the Nominating Committee report, due to the absence of Jane Morgan. Johnnie stated there were three positions to fill and the Board of Directors nominated the following three candidates: Sandra Chilcutt, Thomas Bills and Tim Rochelle. She stated the above named candidates had again shown a willingness to serve on the Board and the remaining Directors were very pleased they would continue to volunteer their time.

Richard Greenhill instructed the members to cast their votes and the votes were collected by the Tellers Committee.

Malcolm Tucker presented the past year’s Financial Report and discussed the Activity Report from the past year and several activities to be accomplished over the next year.

The Teller Committee returned to the meeting and Johnnie Bankston reported the following voting results: Sandra Chilcutt 124, Thomas Bills 124, and Tim Rochelle 124. Mr. Greenhill stated Sandra Chilcutt, Thomas Bills and Tim Rochelle were elected to serve a three year term.

During Directors and Managers Comments: Linda Hasselstrom stated the Corporation had an interesting year and a lot of bugs had been worked out. She continued saying we had a really good group of employees and they showed dedication to the Corporation. Sandra Chilcutt agreed with Linda’s comments and thanked the members for their attendance and the vote of confidence. Thomas Bills stated he had been on the Board for a short time and thanked Richard Greenhill and Johnnie Bankston for the help they had given him. He also stated he and Richard had attended a meeting in Waco (TCEQ) on Priority Group Water. The meeting was very important concerning ground water management systems and the concerns with what counties the Woodrow-Osceola Water Supply Corporation would be grouped with. The Corporation needed representation in order to state we were our own party. Tim Rochelle stated he enjoyed being on the Board and thanks for the support. Johnnie Bankston stated she felt it was such an accomplishment to have the same manager two consecutive annual meetings. She said we have had an employee problem like most business but we had a good group and Malcolm Tucker had been the component to make the difference. Richard Greenhill stated we were very close to Well #6 becoming a reality. Malcolm Tucker stated we had achieved a lot over the last year with fewer water interruptions, but we have much to accomplish. He informed the members about the new Scada System that tells us everything you need to know about each well and invited members by to view the system.

Dan Hamilton made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m. Glen Magee seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Respectively Submitted,
