President Bills called the Regular Board Meeting of the Woodrow-Osceola Water Supply Corporation to order at 6:30 p.m., April 08, 2014. All Directors were present with the exception of Linda Hasselstrom. Also, Manager Tucker was present.
Item 2: Approve Minutes
Johnnie Bankston read the minutes from the March 11, 2014 Regular Board Meeting. Jane Morgan made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Ray Mershawn seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Item 3: Directors Source and Application of Funds
Malcolm Tucker presented the Source and Application of Funds. Sandra Chilcutt made a motion to accept the Source and Application of Funds as presented. Charles Jones seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Item 4: Membership Changes
Jane Morgan made a motion to accept No New Memberships, 2 Transfers, No Sellbacks and No Revokes. Tim Rochelle seconded. Vote was unanimous.

John Milburn stated to his fellow Directors that he was honored to serve with them. He continued, by saying everyone was so dedicated and such a good group. Tim Rochelle said, he was still not seeing open work orders. Malcolm said, he had them and there were about 50. Jane Morgan asked, if the large leak was repaired? Malcolm said, yes it was completed. Malcolm said, the new server was installed and they will be using 7 Pro in the office and it should be completed soon. He said, of course the Scada would not marry this system and would have to be upgraded. Also, he was going to try and move up the repairs on the Freeman Tower to May. Tom Bills said, someone stated no blessing was given before we ate at the Annual Meeting and this is something we should do next year.
